AI Training · Founder & Chairman
Bolt Practice
Think better with AI.
AI training for business, focused on the decisions people make before they accept an answer, delegate a task or act on a recommendation.

Steve’s role
Steve is Founder and Chairman of Bolt Practice and the creator of Bolt Method™. His work addresses a practical question for leaders: how can AI help people think more clearly, while the judgement to use it well remains with them?
He founded the business with Charlie, Ella and Jude Bolton. Managing Director Andy Knights leads its day-to-day operation.
The organising idea
The greatest opportunity created by AI is better human thinking.
Better Thinking. Better Decisions. Better Outcomes.
Bolt Method
Bolt Method begins with one question: where does AI belong in the work in front of you?
It describes five Ways of Working With AI: Human, Tools, Agents, Partners and Networks. The choice depends on the work. Some tasks call for a tool, others for a sustained AI partnership, and others are best kept with people.
Values, Judgement, Thinking and Habits shape how each Way is used. Human accountability runs through the whole Method.
How the Method worksFamily founded.
